Have you ever had to heal from a broken heart in excruciating ways? Knowing that you can’t rush it, schedule it, or control it. I know what it feels like to wish it all go away once and for all.
I’ve learned that when we get those fresh waves of tears from that heartbreak does not mean that you aren’t healing, they are actual evidence of you moving through your healing and are processing it all, God’s promise tells us that we will not go through life alone “And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20 NLT).
In order for healing to start we must forgive, I know…it was hard! But GOD! While in His word He told me that the first step to healing is to forgive the ones who betrayed me. (Ephesians 4:32) “Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
Healing began & I no longer felt bitterness, rage, anger or used harsh words nor slandered the people that hurt me. Jesus has restored my heart, thank you Father! 💛
